Mulberry is an out-of-network practice. Our team submits claims and assists with insurance coordination on behalf of patients to help simplify the reimbursement process whenever possible.

Depending on your plan, out-of-network benefits may apply to office visits, procedures, laboratory services, imaging, and hospital-based care. Patients remain responsible for applicable deductibles, coinsurance, and non-covered services.

For hospital-based and surgical care, our team works closely with patients to provide financial transparency, coordinate benefits, and navigate applicable insurance protections when available.
