The Mulberry Model

Mulberry OBGYN was created to reimagine the women's healthcare experience through a more thoughtful, relationship-centered model of care. The practice blends modern gynecology and obstetrics with osteopathic principles, continuity, advanced surgical expertise, and a deeper focus on prevention and whole-body wellness.

Rather than maximizing patient volume, Mulberry was intentionally designed to prioritize time, accessibility, and individualized care across every stage of a woman's life.

Mulberry OBGYN was designed around a more intentional model of women's healthcare — one centered on physician continuity, accessibility, and time. Appointments are unrushed, communication is direct, and care is tailored to the individual rather than dictated by volume-based scheduling.

The practice also integrates osteopathic medicine alongside conventional OBGYN care, offering a whole-person approach not typically available in traditional medical settings.

Mulberry OBGYN offers three membership options — Continuity, Signature, and Premier — as well as a dedicated Pregnancy program. Each is designed around a different level of access and engagement, allowing patients to choose the care experience that fits their life.

Access & Communication

Yes. One of the defining aspects of the Mulberry model is meaningful physician accessibility. Depending on your membership level, patients have access to direct communication, expedited scheduling, and more personalized follow-up between visits — so you're never navigating your care through a call center or waiting weeks for a callback.

Yes. As a patient, you are welcome to schedule appointments across all three locations — Manhattan, Syosset, and Flushing. This is particularly convenient for patients who divide their time between the city and Long Island or Queens.

Services & Clinical Care

Mulberry OBGYN provides comprehensive women's healthcare across every stage of life — annual wellness, hormonal health, menopause, PCOS and cycle management, endometriosis and pelvic pain, pregnancy, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, in-office procedures, osteopathic care, and cosmetic gynecology.

Yes. Pelvic pain and endometriosis represent a meaningful focus of the practice. The approach is both diagnostic and surgical — combining in-depth evaluation, hormonal management, and, when appropriate, minimally invasive excision or laparoscopic intervention.

Osteopathic treatment is also integrated to address musculoskeletal contributors to pelvic pain, offering a more complete care model for patients who have often been underserved by conventional approaches.

The practice is led by a board-certified gynecologic surgeon with expertise in minimally invasive procedures including laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, and operative approaches to conditions such as endometriosis, fibroids, ovarian cysts, and abnormal uterine bleeding. Surgical planning is thoughtfully coordinated and aligned with each patient's goals and circumstances.

Yes. Mulberry OBGYN offers a dedicated pregnancy program built around continuity with your physician throughout preconception counseling, prenatal care, delivery, and postpartum recovery. In-office ultrasound is available at every prenatal visit, and osteopathic support is integrated throughout.

Osteopathic medicine is a whole-body approach that recognizes the relationship between the musculoskeletal system and overall health. In women's healthcare, osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT) can address pelvic pain, pregnancy discomfort, postpartum recovery, and hormonal symptom management — working alongside and deepening conventional gynecologic care rather than replacing it.
