Precision-Guided Evaluation
With A Personalized
Approach
Abnormal bleeding, pelvic pain, fibroids, endometriosis, and complex gynecologic symptoms often require more detailed evaluation beyond routine examination alone. Advanced imaging and minimally invasive diagnostic procedures can provide important insight while helping guide thoughtful and individualized treatment planning.
Our approach emphasizes:
- Physician-led evaluation
- Minimally invasive techniques
- In-office diagnostic convenience
- Individualized care planning
- Continuity-focused women's healthcare
Transvaginal Ultrasound
Transvaginal ultrasound is an important diagnostic tool used to evaluate pelvic anatomy, uterine structure, ovarian findings, endometrial thickness, fibroids, cysts, and other gynecologic concerns. Ultrasound imaging may be recommended for symptoms such as abnormal bleeding, pelvic pain, cycle irregularity, or reproductive health concerns.
Our physicians utilize ultrasound evaluation as part of a personalized and comprehensive diagnostic approach designed around each patient's symptoms and clinical presentation — not as a routine screening tool applied indiscriminately.
- Uterine structure & endometrium
- Fibroids & size/location
- Ovarian findings & cysts
- Endometrial thickness
- Pelvic anatomy
- Reproductive health concerns
Saline-Infused Hysterosonography (SIS)
Saline-infused hysterosonography is an advanced ultrasound procedure that allows for more detailed evaluation of the uterine cavity. This procedure may help identify polyps, fibroids, structural abnormalities, or causes of abnormal uterine bleeding that are not always fully visible on routine imaging alone.
Our physicians provide individualized guidance and thoughtful procedural care focused on patient comfort and minimally invasive evaluation — with clear explanations at every step of the process.
- Abnormal bleeding
- Fertility-related concerns
- Uterine cavity abnormalities
- Recurrent pregnancy loss
- Fibroid or polyp assessment
In-Office Hysteroscopy & Directed Biopsy
In-office hysteroscopy allows direct visualization of the uterine cavity using minimally invasive techniques performed in a comfortable office setting. This approach may provide more accurate evaluation of abnormal bleeding, endometrial abnormalities, polyps, fibroids, and other intrauterine findings.
When appropriate, hysteroscopy-directed biopsy may also be performed to allow for more targeted tissue sampling and individualized treatment planning — reducing the need for separate operating room procedures whenever possible.
- Minimally invasive assessment
- Direct visualization
- Avoidance of unnecessary OR procedures
- More efficient diagnosis & planning
- Continuity-focused physician care
